An expert in mergers and acquisitions as well as investments. Gregor Piechowiak studied in Würzburg and Jena, where he graduated from courses in Finance and Controlling. Professionally, he has participated in numerous international projects as well as training programmes in the USA. At JP Weber, Gregor leads the M&A team, which provides comprehensive services in relation to cross-border and national M&A transactions, LBO and MBO. He has provided advisory services for leading Polish and international production companies hailing from the automotive, IT, Services and Trade. He works for international strategic and financial investors as well as for family Offices. In the years 2006–2012 Gregor managed the leading European advisory firm, BrainNet Management Consultation, on the Polish market providing specialized advisory services in terms of optimization and procurement.
