New Tax Manager joins tax advisory team at JP Weber

Anna Pławiak has recently joined JP Weber's Wrocław office as Tax Manager and will be responsible for the development of current tax services and public aid. 

Anna  has several years’  experience in tax advisory which she gained  at one of the Big Four companies in Poland, as well as in Belgium - where she carried out advisory projects for companies from the automotive, FMCG, ICT, energy and for EU institutions. She specializes in the area of public aid in investment projects, including tax exemption in special economic zones, tax exemption from real estate and government and EU grants. She has participated in numerous projects for entrepreneurs by providing  support for their R&D activity by taking advantage of tax instruments, R&D relief and by obtaining the status of an R&D centre. She also has considerable experience in current tax services for companies operating in Poland.  

At JP Weber, Anna Pławiak will be responsible for the development of current tax services and public aid. "I am convinced that by recruiting such an experienced tax advisor to our team, we will not only be able to develop the tax department more effectively, but also make better use of synergies by implementing interdisciplinary projects in cooperation with our Transaction Advisory Services and M&A Department" - commented  Tomasz Bartoszek, Tax Director at JP Weber.
