JP Weber and Eight Advisory advised Astek Group on the acquisition of Core Services Sp. z o.o. and ProSoftLab S.A.

JP Weber and Eight Advisory transaction advisory team is proud to have been supporting Astek Group, a French leader in innovation and high‐tech engineering consulting, in the acquisition of Core Services Sp. z o.o. and ProSoftLab S.A. in Poland.

Our transaction services included financial, legal and tax due diligence of both companies, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, including Sale and Purchase Agreement.

JP Weber team advising Astek Group was led by Associate Partner - Piotr Dalak, ACA. Tomasz Sadurski, Associate Partner and Izabela Janiszewska, Senior Associate from the Legal M&A Department advised on the legal aspects of the deal. The tax advice was provided by Tomasz Bartoszek, Tax Director.
