JP Weber advises on the sale of Polmer sp. z o.o.

Hydratec Industries NV signed an agreement for the acquisition of Polmer - Polish manufacturer of injection moulded components. JP Weber acted as the transaction advisor of Polmer in this process. 

JP Weber has acted as Polmer’s advisor in the process of sale of 100% of shares. The scope of services included particularly: company valuation, identification of potential buyers and matchmaking, transaction structuring and implementation, negotiations as well as support in preparing an investment agreement and all required documents. The project was led by Gregor Piechowiak - Managing Partner and the team of advisors consisted of Krzysztof Marczyk – Business Advisor and Izabela Janiszewska, Attorney at Law – Senior Associate. 

Polmer has 25 years of experience with the manufacture of injection moulded components for clients in sectors such as white goods and is one of the foremost plastic parts producers in Poland.
