M&A Worldwide

Established in 2004 M&A Worldwide is a global network of 49 M&A boutiques in 36 countries.
The network consists of leading M&A boutiques with a proven track-record and expertise. Members have come together to work on client cross-border activities such as mergers, acquisitions, company sales and other corporate finance projects.
Through the Partnership, M&A Worldwide members have access to a wide range of strategic buyers, acquisition and merger candidates, as well as financial partners to increase the likelihood of a successful transaction.
In 2018, the members of M&A Worldwide completed 419 successful deals (202 sell side, 101 buy side, 116 financing and other transactions) with a value of € 4.094 Billion ($4.633B).
