Tomasz Bartoszek graduated from the University of Silesia and completed post-graduate study with specialization in taxation law and finance. He has long experience in tax advisory that he has gained in one of the Big Four companies, where he was involved in tax services for transactions conducted by corporate clients and Private Equity funds. He dealt with numerous cross-border restructuring projects and developed tax strategies for businesses. At JP Weber, he is responsible for the team development and for managing the Tax Advisory Department. In performing these responsibilities, he cooperates closely i.a. with the Transaction Advisory Services and Mergers & Acquisitions team. He is also responsible for coordinating and performing due diligence processes, both on the buyer's and seller's side, and provided complex transaction support, including, in particular, advice in the structuring of international transactions of companies and participating in drafting investment agreements.
